Manage user tasks and the scheduling of patient appointments.
Users can schedule and manage patient encounters using lists or calendars based on preference. Each user will have access to their own task/appointment list that will automatically filter to items assigned to the user and their respective role.
Tasks and appointments can be automatically scheduled based upon responses on submitted forms. Users will also have the option to manually schedule tasks and appointments using custom templates to ensure consistency.
The scheduling component can accommodate daily/weekly/monthly/yearly and variable (e.g. every 10 days) options, as well as immediate timeframes. All active tasks and appointments can be rescheduled by dragging and dropping to new dates on the calendar, or by opening the entry and selecting a new date manually. In addition, users can change the status of tasks and appointments to Complete, No Show, Refused or Canceled.
