Upon customer request, Sapphire's reporting team will create custom reports that go beyond the scope of the standard reporting feature. Most custom reports can be created within a business day, so long as the team receives all necessary information regarding the scope, desired information, and accessibility of the report.

These existing reports are backed up by a full on-site support staff and development team dedicated to providing clients with any data access or reporting requests at no extra charge.
