Sapphire Health’s Sapphire EHR is 2015 Edition compliant and has been certified by SLI Compliance, an ONC-ACB, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Sapphire EHR certification date of January 30, 2023 with CHPL Product ID# 15.07.05.3052.SAPH.01.00.0.230130.

There is no additional software required for the criterion for which Sapphire EHR was certified.
