Sapphire Health, LLC, Sapphire EHR is certified for ONC 2015 by ICSA Labs, and ONC-ACB in compliance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Sapphire EHR certification date of August 29th, 2019 with Certification Identification Number of 190004R00.

There is no additional software required for the criterion for which Sapphire EHR was certified.

Sapphire Health supports multi-factor authentication to any user that opts into the use of multi-factor authentication and provides either a mobile phone number or an email address to receive a one-time code.

The additional types of costs that a user may be required to pay to implement or use Sapphire EHR, for any use within the scope of the health IT's certification include

  • Recurring License-Based Solution - One-Time Implementation and Training Fee, Monthly Maintenance Fee
  • Any Additional Interfaces
  • Any Additional Training or Support Services
  • Any Additional Custom Programming Requests

There are no known contractual or technical limitations that a user may encounter when implementing and using Sapphire EHR, to achieve any use within the scope of the health IT's certification.
